That is great news about the seal. I am glad to hear it went so well! No wind?! How lucky is that!?
How did collection of samples for immunohistochemistry go?
Did you put them into cryo-protectant while you were out on the ice and then embed them when you got back to the lab?
Things in the lab are going well and I look forward to getting data to you soon.
